Tax 2012

July 04, 2012 today the sky is really hot but i still took a half day leave and go to Tax department to pay the road's tax- 2012 for my car. I know corruption is not good. I, is also the one who don like this but how do I do if our system is poor to manage everything well. like today, the tax's department open 8am-11am and 2pm- 5 pm. Omg, I arrived there 2:10pm but application form was sold out. It's really stupid because many people went there 2 or 3days but they still can't pay tax. it really stress me do i need to spend more days to deal with this stupid thing? Noooo..., i can't. so i was walked this and there to ask people because it must be have another way to make it short and fast. finally, i found it. I just paid some buck they will help me for application form and write it for me too. And the next process i have to do it by myself. it took me 2 hours just waiting my queue to pay the tax... that's really slow and super stupid thing because there are only 2 peoples to handle hundred  forms.
